| If you are working as a therapist, these seven CDs, along with the written material, can be a very useful tool. The music on the CDs are in 15-minute segments, so you can choose one to use, and have time to process it, during your 50-minute session. The music can be played while the client completes a written exercise, or played softly as you discuss the topic at hand.
